Chicago Blackhawks recall eight from Rockford and sign three to PTOs

The Chicago Blackhawks have announced several roster changes as the team continues its preparations for the upcoming season. The organization recalled eight players from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Rockford IceHogs. These players are defensemen Taige Harding and Kevin Korchinski, and forwards Gavin Hayes, Paul Ludwinski, Martin Misiak, Samuel Savoie, Aidan Thompson, and Dominic Toninato.

In addition to these recalls, the Blackhawks signed three players to professional tryout (PTO) agreements: defenseman Cavan Fitzgerald, forward Brett Seney, and goaltender Mitchell Weeks.

Following these moves, the Blackhawks' training camp roster now consists of 40 players. This group includes 23 forwards, 12 defensemen, and four goaltenders.
