Navy Pier in Chicago is set to host a variety of events during Independence Week, offering free programming from July 2nd through 6th. The lineup includes the NASCAR Family Fest, an extended fireworks show, and live music performances.
The NASCAR Family Fest will take place on July 2nd at Polk Bros Park from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Attendees can enjoy activities such as taking photos with a NASCAR pace car and meeting a NASCAR driver. Julie Giese, President of the NASCAR Chicago Street Race, stated, “When you think of summertime in Chicago, you think of Navy Pier, so we’re incredibly excited to partner with them once again for this year’s festivities.”
