Applications open for Faculty Administrator Leadership Program 2025-26

Applications are now open for the Faculty Administrator Leadership Program for the 2025-26 academic year. This program offers faculty members an opportunity to explore and enhance their leadership skills within a university setting. It includes professional sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and executive coaching to help participants deepen their understanding of academic administration and leadership pathways.

Eligibility for the program requires faculty members to hold a tenured rank as either an associate or full professor, although an administrative appointment is not necessary. The program is specifically aimed at faculty in the health sciences.

Faculty, staff, and administrators are encouraged to identify and support potential candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential. "Do you know a faculty member who demonstrates strong potential for academic leadership? Faculty, staff and administrators are asked to encourage faculty who would benefit from and contribute meaningfully to the experience to apply!"

Applications are open to all eligible faculty members without requiring a nomination. Individuals interested in developing their leadership capabilities and participating in a collaborative cohort experience are welcome to apply.

The nomination and application period opened on May 6, with the deadline set for May 30. Award notifications will be sent out in July 2025.
