City Treasurer’s Office honors Greg Austin with Chicago Star Award

Greg Austin, the owner of GCA Unlimited Apparel in Mt. Greenwood, has been recognized by the City of Chicago Treasurer’s Office with the Chicago Star Award for Small Business. The award acknowledges his commitment to providing quality apparel and his service to the community.

Austin was one of 25 entrepreneurs selected for the 2nd Annual Chicago Star Business Award, and one of only four male entrepreneurs honored this year.

"This award has inspired me to take GCA Unlimited Apparel to the next level," Austin said. He also expressed gratitude toward the Mount Greenwood Community and Business Association for nominating him and thanked the City of Chicago for the recognition.
