Blackhawks activate Landon Slaggert from injured reserve ahead of Canucks game

The Chicago Blackhawks have announced that forward Landon Slaggert has been activated from injured reserve. Slaggert, 23, contributed six points, including two goals and four assists, over 33 games with the Blackhawks during the 2024-25 season. He also played 39 games with the Rockford IceHogs in the American Hockey League, where he led all team rookies with 25 points, consisting of 10 goals and 15 assists.

The Blackhawks are scheduled to play the Vancouver Canucks tonight at the United Center, marking the first of three meetings between the teams this season. The game will begin at 7:30 p.m. CT and will be broadcast on CHSN and WGN Radio.
