Faculty Administrator Leadership Program opens applications for 2025-26 cohort

The application process for the Faculty Administrator Leadership Program 2025-26 cohort is currently open. The program is a yearlong leadership development experience aimed at faculty members who wish to explore and expand their leadership potential within the university setting. It targets those interested in pursuing senior academic leadership roles.

Participants will engage in professional sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and executive coaching to deepen their understanding of academic administration and pathways to university leadership.

Eligibility criteria include being a tenured associate or full professor. An administrative appointment is not necessary for application. A nomination is also not required, allowing all eligible faculty eager to grow as leaders to apply and participate in a supportive, collaborative cohort experience.

Key dates for the program are as follows: the nomination and application period opened on May 6, with the deadline set for May 30. Award notifications will be made in July 2025.
