A brand-new food establishment will soon open in Tinley Park.

Eiffel Waffle will open its doors at 15921 S. Harlem Ave. on March 1. Omar Falaneh, Barra Abousalem and Yahya Ghouleh, the founders of the gourmet waffle and dessert business, proudly shared that their concept is "waffle-y unique."

"Our signature dishes that we’ve created, they’re very nice and decorated in a photogenic way," Falaneh told Patch recently.

The three friends have already found success with their Eiffel Waffle gourmet bubble waffle and dessert shops in Chicago's Wicker Park and Lincoln Park areas along with Bolingbrook and Downers Grove, and now they're ready to open a location in Tinley Park.

The Tinley Park shop will be their fifth branch and largest to date.

"It’s going to be a great hit," Falaneh said. "We’re going to work really hard on making that location very nice."

Gourmet bubble waffles, waffle castles, Eiffel minis, milkshakes and more can all be found on the varied menu at The Eiffel Waffle. In addition to the many pre-made flavor options, nearly every menu item also features a "build your own" selection. Customers can walk in, pick out what they want, then watch as skilled hands assemble it into something both delicious and distinctive.
